Mehdi Moghimnejad is a member of the faculty of the Art University of Tehran and teaches Criticism and History of Photography, Philosophy of Art, and Contemporary Art at the Fine Art Faculty of Tehran University, Sureh University, Arts and Architecture Faculty of Azad Islamic University, Zahedan Art University, and Isfahan Art University. The photographs shown here are from the first chapter of a photomontage project entitled Verisimilitudes. The artist has worked on this project from 2002 to 2012 and all the themes of the photographs in this project are focused on the culture and history of Iran.
