Bahareh, Elham, Maryam, Mina, Reyhaneh, Sara and Somayeh will be running in the Adidas Women's 5K Challege, September 11th at Hyde Park, London to support Omid's young girls.

After watching The Glass House, a documentary that documents the lives of a group of severely disadvantaged young women in Tehran, Iran who are taken in by the Omid Foundations, we have decided to take this challenge to support Omid in helping these girls; financially and by raising awareness.

Omid girls are faced with relentless emotional and financial deprivation, abused and taken advantage of by those who should be supporting and protecting them.

We were moved by Omid's work in providing education for these girls and helping them learn new skills and gaining their confidence back as well as fostering a family environment in which they can receive the love each one deserves to receive form their family.
